Agreement to Terms

Morning Job Match is operated by Tyler Jasper as a solo developer. By accessing or using Morning Job Match ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. References to "I", "me", or "my" refer to Tyler Jasper.

Description of Service

Morning Job Match is an AI-powered job search and matching service. I automatically search job boards based on your criteria, score jobs against your resume using AI technology, and deliver curated results to you.

I offer two service options:

• One-Time Search: A single job search that provides up to 25 AI-scored job matches for a one-time fee
• Monthly Subscription: Daily automated job searches with unlimited results, delivered to your email and dashboard

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to my systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce data or AI scoring results for commercial purposes
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Abuse support or use the Service to harass others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the AI scoring methodology

Payment and Billing

One-Time Search

• Payment is required upfront before processing begins
• Pricing is clearly displayed at the time of purchase
• See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility

Monthly Subscription

• Billed monthly on the same day you subscribed
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy for details)

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. I do not store your credit card information. By providing payment information, you authorize me to charge the applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by going to Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel in your account dashboard.

• Cancellation is immediate and straightforward—no phone calls or retention offers
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• You retain access to your data until the subscription expires

Service Limitations and Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While I strive to provide accurate job matches and reliable service, I do not guarantee:

• That you will receive job offers or interviews from using the Service
• The accuracy or completeness of job listings (sourced from third-party job boards)
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That AI scoring will perfectly match your preferences
• A specific number of job results (depends on market availability)

Job postings are sourced from third-party job boards. I am not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legitimacy of job listings.

Intellectual Property

• Morning Job Match, its logo, and all related content are owned by me
• You retain ownership of your resume and personal information
• I grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal job searching
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any errors or omissions in job listings or AI scoring
• Any interaction with third-party job postings or employers

My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at my discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time in case of violations
• Your data will be deleted according to the Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. I will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
