Overview
Morning Job Match is operated by Tyler Jasper as a solo developer. I want you to be satisfied with the service. This Refund Policy outlines my approach to refunds for both one-time searches and monthly subscriptions. References to "I", "me", or "my" refer to Tyler Jasper.
One-Time Search Refund Policy
No Refunds
One-time searches are non-refundable once payment is processed.
Here's why:
- The AI job search and scoring process begins immediately after payment
- I incur costs for API calls, AI processing, and job board access as soon as your search starts
- Results are typically delivered within minutes to hours
- The service is fully rendered once results are provided
Exception: If I experience a technical issue that prevents me from delivering results within 48 hours, I will issue a full refund automatically.
Monthly Subscription Refund Policy
No Refunds - Access Until Period End
Monthly subscriptions are not refundable. However, when you cancel, you retain full access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
How Cancellation Works
Example:
• Your billing period: January 1 - January 31
• You cancel on January 10
• Result: You keep full access until January 31
• You will not be charged for February
• No refund for the remaining days in January
Why No Refunds?
- You maintain full access to all features until your billing period ends
- Daily job searches continue running for the remainder of your paid period
- You can still access your dashboard and all historical job matches
- This is standard practice for subscription services where access is continuous
Special Circumstances?
While our standard policy is no refunds for monthly subscriptions, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants consideration, you may contact us here to request a refund.
Please note: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We consider factors such as usage, time elapsed, and the specific circumstances of your request.
How to Cancel
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again
Service Issues and Technical Problems
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service as intended, please contact me immediately:
I will work to resolve the issue promptly. If I cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe, I may issue a refund or credit at my discretion.
Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact me before initiating a chargeback with your bank. I'm happy to review charges and resolve billing issues directly.
Note: Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You are dissatisfied with the quality or quantity of job matches (this varies based on market conditions)
- You did not receive job offers or interviews from applying to matched jobs
- You forget to cancel before the next billing period
- Your account was terminated for violating the Terms of Service
- You provided inaccurate resume or search criteria information
Refund Processing Time
In the rare cases where refunds are issued (such as technical issues preventing service delivery), refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
